	I am having problems loading the letters into GetResponse

If you are struggling to do this or you think there is something wrong please raise a ticket and we will load them in for you. We will need the following information:

1) Your website URL
2) Your WordPress admin username and password
3) Your Getresponse username and password
4) The campaign that you are trying to load the letters into (if known)

If you would prefer to troubleshoot the problem yourself, the most common problems are:

1) Error when signing up to the newsletter. The cause of this is usually that campaign name on your site does not match the campaign name in Getresponse. To fix this login to your WordPress admin panel, click on Appearance->Widgets and then open the first text widget. Look for a line like this:
<input type="hidden" name="category1" value="YOURCAMPAIGNID">

Make sure that the campaign name matches your campaign name in Getresponse. If it doesn't, change it to the correct campaign and save the widget.

2) Incorrect links in your letters. Usually this happens when you forgot to setup the pre defined variables. Please go back to lesson 3 in the MAPS training and read the part about changing the pre-defined variables. There are two predefined variables - name (your name) and domain (your domain name).
