Yes, technically you can...but it's not ideal. You can join and sign up with all the free affiliate programs... and if someone joins through your referral link, you will get the credit/commissions for those programs that you joined.
However, keep in mind that if you do this and refer someone to our system, you will be missing out on some of your biggest potential commissions as they will be passed on up to your sponsor.
